📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be considered for processing the next business day.
- All treats are freshly prepared, carefully inspected, and securely packaged before dispatch.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, depending on item availability.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

- Dehydrated Treats: Shipped pan India
- Fresh Meals: Available only within Bangalore city limits
⏱ Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Minimum Delivery Time (from dispatch): 3 days
- Maximum Delivery Time (from dispatch): 10 days
Please note, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- Operational disruptions
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
🚚 Shipping Attempts & Returns
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
If undelivered after these attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Doggies Deli is not responsible for delays or returns caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Inability to receive the package on delivery day
- Refusal to accept the shipment
