📦 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or contaminated, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to eligibility. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

To request a resolution, email us within 24 hours of delivery at doggiesdeli.nutrition@gmail.com with:

  • Photos or videos of the unopened package, showing the issue clearly.
  • Order number and delivery date

Requests made after 24 hours or without proper evidence will not be eligible.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Inability to receive the package on the delivery date
  • Delays caused by the courier or third-party carriers

Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery on the scheduled date to avoid spoilage.

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  2. Contact your bank or payment service provider.

🛍️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery and must follow the same return process above.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of approved refunds, only the product value will be refunded.

Our treats are meant only for dogs. Always introduce new treats gradually. Feed in moderation and observe your pet’s response. If your dog shows any signs of intolerance or discomfort, stop feeding immediately and consult your veterinarian.
